About

A specialist Korea field-support practice for overseas industrial teams.

Korea Ops Desk is operated by JS Network Inc. in South Korea and led by Colin W. Jung. The service exists for situations where an overseas team needs local execution, not another layer of generic consulting.

Founder & Principal

Colin W. Jung

More than ten years in industrial B2B sales in Korea, including domestic and international sales leadership, specialty industrial products, technical sales, overseas manufacturer relationships, substitute sourcing and business development with major Korean industrial customers.

I built Korea Ops Desk around a recurring problem: overseas teams often need someone in Korea who can pick up the phone, understand the commercial context, go to the site when necessary and report back in clear English.

B.A. in English Literature, Centenary University.

How we work

Small by design. Clear about who is responsible.

Principal-led

Scope, client communication and final reporting remain under Colin’s responsibility even when a specialist or local partner is separately agreed.

Facts separated from claims

We do not turn a supplier statement into a verified fact simply because it was said in a meeting.

Fixed scope before work

The quote defines deliverables, exclusions, timing and fees before work begins.

No undisclosed supplier commissions

We disclose relevant conflicts or compensation that could affect our independence on an assignment.

Who we work with

Industrial teams that need Korea-side execution.

Manufacturers & technical suppliers

Overseas SMEs working with Korean vendors, customers or industrial partners.

Procurement & supply-chain teams

Teams that need status, screening or a local commercial visit without a Korean office.

Sales & business-development teams

Companies that occasionally need a reliable local person at a meeting, site or exhibition.

Professional-service partners

Selected consulting, sourcing and due-diligence firms may ask about white-label Korea field coverage for recurring professional work.
